Trip Info Screen

    The Trip information screen lets users enter trip information. To start a new report, only departure date, departure port, departure state and trip type are required. User can update and complete the trip information before submission.

For a new trip, the departure port, departure state and landing port, landing state will be automatic populated with information from last submitted report.
