For User who does not have a permit

• Please enter a valid email to create a user account.

For User who already have a permit

• If you possess an existing permit, please input the email address that is associated with your permit in order to proceed with the creation of your account and the subsequent linking of your permit.
• If your current permit lacks an associated email, please provide a valid email address during the user account creation process. Subsequently, please contact our Customer Service team (888-872-8862) to link your permit with your newly created account.
• If you possess multiple permits that are associated with different email accounts, you have the option to create an account using one of those email addresses and subsequently contact our Customer Service team (888-872-8862) to consolidate all the permits into a single account. Alternatively, you may also create separate accounts for each permit associated with its respective email address.
• If you are applying for a new permit for a vessel previously owned by someone else, please contact our Customer Service team (888-872-8862) in advance to transfer ownership, prior to proceeding with the creation of your account.
